Animal Rights Activists Protest Calling for Stricter Pet Food Laws

On Friday, animal rights activists held a protest on Friday, in Los Angeles calling for stricter pet food laws.

Barbi twins Shane and Sia as well as pals Daniel DiCriscio and Chyna Doll were among the protesters.

Shane and Sia spoke with our friends at TMZ about their own cat that died on March 29th, due to tainted pet foods manufactured by Menu Foods.  They also encouraged people to become better informed consumers when purchasing pet foods.

The twins were dressed as black cats, for two reasons...the first, because it was Friday the 13th, but more importantly, they wanted to represent "the unlucky animals that died."
